I'm on day three of the new job...and I really like it. I am offically working for another builder in the Operations Dept. To explain what I do....would take awhile. The short of it: order plans, permits, scheduling dig dates, tracking all of the variances and addendums to builds, and managing the home owner associations until they are handed over to the home owners.
So far the people seem really nice and welcoming. The bummer of it all...the gal that I will be working closely with (and that is training me) will be out of the country all next week...leaving me to fend for myself! I can't imagine I will be able to keep myself busy all week!! I don't know how to do enough!!
