It's less than a year old, but it has to go!!!
We hadn't even signed our purchase agreement a year ago!!!
We got the official go-ahead from our insurance yesterday, so here we go!!
We are fortunate and know someone that we can trust to do the job. When catastrophes hit a lot of people knock at your door or send you mail...it's better to stick with someone local and that you know will be there next month if there's a problem!
We actually had our roofer out before the insurance adjuster and he warned us that we did in fact have damage. We were waiting for the adjuster to say, "Nope, your roof is fine!" to see if they'd lie.
So now that we've FINALLY got our yard all in and looking as it should, now we'll be under construction!!!
Seriously, what's next????
